Unless otherwise specified, all video footage and photo images are provided for promotional purposes in the United States and its territories, possessions, and protectorates. To license any video footage or photo image from RTSea, the User represents and warrants that User is not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any country currently to which the U.S has embargoed goods or has been identified by any U.S. government agency as having any trade or national security restrictions.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to such state’s conflict of law rules. The federal and state courts situated in the County of Orange in the State of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over this Agreement and RTSea and User agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. Unless specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and RTSea regarding the Terms and Conditions for using this web site. This Agreement may not be modified except in writing and signed by RTSea.
